These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RankGraph (“the Service”), operated by lunalink.ai (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RankGraph generates and validates app-store and search metadata using AI and third-party data sources. Output is provided as suggestions to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing it anywhere.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass limits of the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance that resets at the start of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process them to operate the Service. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service.
6. AI output & no guarantees
Output is generated by AI and automated data sources and is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, app-store approval, traffic, or commercial result. You are solely responsible for how you use the output, including compliance with the rules of any platform (e.g. Apple, Google, Shopify).
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including AI and data providers, hosting, and payments). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
