This policy explains how lunalink.ai (“we”) handles data for RankGraph (“the Service”). We collect only what we need to run the Service.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your email and authentication identifiers (via Supabase).
- Inputs — the app URLs, concepts, brand names, and keywords you submit.
- Generated content & run history — outputs and metadata from your runs, saved to your account.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store your plan and a customer reference, not card numbers.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, generate your outputs, enforce plan limits, process payments, communicate with you, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your data.
3. Service providers (subprocessors)
We share data with these providers only as needed to run the Service:
- Supabase — authentication & database (your account, runs, posts).
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- Anthropic (and/or OpenAI) — AI generation of your metadata.
- SerpApi, DataForSEO, Apify — keyword and competitor research.
- Render & Vercel — hosting of the backend and frontend.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies/local storage required for sign-in sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and run history while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (see Contact). Some records may be retained as required for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email us at the address below.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and database access is governed by row-level security so users can only access their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, handled under appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region).
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
